If you’re bored of frequently visited places and crowds, fear not! These 3 places in Bali, also known as the ‘’island of gods’’ are incredible destinations to include in your travel diary.

The Unfathomable Yeh Leh Beach

Located in Jembrana, just a little distance away from the Denpasar Gilimanuk highway, Yeh Leh is one among the most rarely explored spots in Bali that offers heaven like sensation. Unlike other typical white sandy beaches, Yeh Leh has thousands of boulders scattered along the shore. The fact that this beach is undeveloped as a tourist site makes it a serene location. Yeh Leh is easily accessible, and it is better to visit at low tide to discover it in all its glory. Don’t miss its dazzling sunset that gleams on the rocks by the shore!

The Kanto Lampo Waterfall

Secluded in the forest of Ubud in the Gianyar regency, the Kanto Lampo Waterfall is a spectacular sight to contemplate with the water gushing down a stepped rock formation. The waterfall isn’t hard to reach. In less than 30 minutes, you can get to the spot without going through miles and miles of trekking. The ideal time to drop by Kanto Lampo is between May and September in the dry season as the waterfall might be inaccessible during monsoon. Be cautious while climbing onto the rocks since they might be slippery. This scenic Kanto Lampo is indeed a stunning place for an Instagram picture, but not worth getting hurt for!

Amed

Found on the northeast coast of Bali, Amed provides relief from the constant hustle-bustle of Bali. Compared to the packed places in the south, Amed is a peaceful town where people earn a living mostly from fishing, farming, or salt production. Its magnificent beaches have black volcanic sand, which is believed to have formed from the lava of Bali’s well known active volcano, Mount Agung. The black sand dissuades many people who prefer the pristine white beaches and crystal clear water. Hence, Amed becomes a soothing escape for those who want a break from the hectic Bali! Additionally, Amed is also famous for its exceptional snorkeling and scuba diving for those who are more adventurous. Otherwise, you can have a road trip visiting the small villages with astonishing coastal views or grab a fresh fruit juice and take a dip into the water. Pure Happiness!
